Parties & Groups is an Events planning and reservation module completely integrated to Game System
Parties & Groups will allow you to provide your clients the best service, offering them the possibility to plan their events based on their preferences and necessities.
At this instance, resources will be reserved to the event, also products, services and/or wanted packages, (in many cases, game-cards will be assigned to certain services). Prices will be obtained, quantities will be defined and discounts will be settled down. All this, will be booked for a selected date and time.
After, the client should pay a deposit to confirm the reservation and the day of the event would have to cancel the balance.All events, are registered real-time and immediately you can access them from any POS to get information as deposit paid, remaining balance, number of guests, etc
Parties & Groups guarantees a complete integration with the customer database, since customers that book events are or become members.
With this module, you can manage events from a PC dedicated to Party Package, or from any POS with Party Package.
You will be able to print personalized contracts and to access quotes, schedules, reserved resources (exclusive and shared resources) quantity of guests, to verify or modify them, as well as to print reports that determine the global use of your resources for an event or for a period.
